Abstract

The author's own experience in developing children's abilities for the new era through "Question Mental Training to Motivate Children" introduces how to nurture "21st century skills," abilities necessary for children that are attracting attention around the world. Parents want their children to have a variety of experiences, but this alone will not lead to their growth. Parents want their children to experience many things, but that alone will not help them grow. This book features the use of various game formats to help parents and instructors help children think, learn, and grow through "live experiences," and explains the methods used to help children understand.

Representative Director of the Sports Relationship Association. Leader of Question Mental Training. His approach to knowing oneself and increasing happiness by asking questions is very popular. He invented "Question Mental Training," which motivates and fosters the ability to think by asking questions instead of teaching. He has conducted this training for children in Amsterdam, Seattle, Singapore, and other places around the world. He has served as a mental coach for a variety of teams, including national champions and Japan's national team. His vision is "to create a world where as many children and athletes as possible can shine in their own way.
