Is this a love flag with my fave voice actor?

High school student Yuka, who is a lonely otaku, found out that the new transfer student is her favorite voice actor, Sakashiro Oto!
She tries to watch over him quietly so that he could have a peaceful school life without being exposed,
but for some reason, he is always on her radar, and everyday she can't stop her pounding heart because of his divine voice and face.
Then one day, Yuka accidentally exposed her otaku identity and starts panicking,
however Oto, on the other hand, smiles at her and says, "It's nice to see you again...
She never thought that she would have a shared secret with her "fave"......!
