Abstract

This book shows the future of Japan with its heartwarming text and photographs that capture the beauty of Japan in each of the four seasons.

In a democracy, the people are sovereign. I would like each citizen to realize that what he or she has is not rights but power. Therefore, we should incorporate "Imperialism," the ancient study of those in power, and "Bushido," Japan's own "Bushido," into education. It is with this in mind that I have written this book. As the limits of modern capitalism are fast approaching, I will be happy if this book will make you rethink once again what people and society should be like.

Born in Otsu City on the shore of Lake Biwa on April 6, 1946. Have studied at elementary school, junior high school, high school, and university, participated in government as a public servant, and taken care of the field of welfare.
