Representative of Emotional Childcare Training Institute. Anger Management Consultant, Japan Anger Management Association. She is a specially-appointed lecturer at the Department of Child Welfare, Asahikawa-so Kosei Senmon Gakuin Social Welfare Corporation. She worked as a nursery teacher at a public nursery school in Okayama City for 20 years. After the birth of her first son, she managed to juggle work, housework, and childcare, but when her second son was born, and she returned to work, she became frustrated and spent her days exploding with anger at home. In 2012, when she thought she might be losing her edge, she came across anger management. Through learning anger management, she learned how to appropriately express her anger without exploding and communicate in a way that resonates with her children. She has a good relationship with her first and second sons and feels that her child-rearing becomes easier at once. Since 2014, while working at a training school for childcare professionals, she has been teaching anger management at various locations in childcare, education, and child-rearing as a teacher.
