Toshiro Shiragata
Toshiro Shiragata was born in 1964 in Aburatsubo, Miura Peninsula, Kanagawa Prefecture, and grew up in Aoshima, Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture. He graduated from the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Economics, Saitama University, and joined Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in 1990. In 1998, he established an ISO consulting and auditing company, and in 2006, he established Tohmatsu Innovation and became President and Representative Director. In October 2014, he established his own company, Shiraigata Research Institute, and in 2017, he founded Referral Recruiting Inc., 1on1 Inc, and Social Recruiting Inc. in 2019 and M&A Innovation Inc. in 2021.
