Author’s Information
Matsuo-san is a body designer, personal trainer and yoga instructor. After obtaining her degree in psychology, she went to America to deepen her knowledge about yoga, and came back to Japan working as a yoga instructor in Ginza.
After that, she worked as manager of the Roppongi main store of Shapes International, a gym specialized in dieting for women, which has more than 50 stores nationwide.
While working as a professional diet counsellor, she continued her research on appetite and how to calm it through eating meditation. She developed her own original method, comprehensively explained in this book.
She is currently working as a professional body designer, helping her clients to lose weight and live healthy.
