Abstract
I've been looking for something wrong with someone, wondering if there's something behind their words, and remembering bad things from long ago.
I think, "I wasn't like this before," "This isn't me," "Maybe my personality is getting worse?"
We must work with our "emotions" to endure tough times and live comfortably daily.
If we keep pushing and suppressing our emotions, we will unknowingly accumulate a lot of "fatigue" in our hearts.
If left unchecked, we will become increasingly confused, frustrated, and angry, losing ourselves more and more.
The psychotherapist, who has been educating mental health in the Self-Defense Forces for many years, will carefully teach you how to get rid of such mental.
The book is written by a psychotherapist who has taught mental health in the Self-Defense Forces for many years.
