Abstract

As of 2021, there is a lot of information on educational know-how in the world. We also know a lot of things that are "scientifically correct." But even if you know it's right, humans can't do what it says. If you are worried or feel unwell, you will become emotional even though you know it is not good. This book is written by the author, who is a certified psychologist and runs the only popular nursery school in Japan that includes "philosophy education" in its curriculum.Based on the "actual voices of children," he writes, "I wish parents would do more if you did this." I will use my academic background to explain how to communicate so that I can listen to what you say honestly. For people who are actually raising children or have done so, it's a series of ``super heart-breaking!'' contents, and many mothers say ``I cried while reading it.'' A book that will deepen your love for your childish yet adorable children!

Author’s Information

Naoki Yoshimura
Director of Mizumonogatari social welfare corporation and supervising director of Oheso Group. Certified psychologist, nursery teacher, kindergarten teacher, junior high school and high school teacher. Born on August 11, 1985 in Saga Prefecture. His father died in a traffic accident when he was five years old, and he was raised by his mother alone as the middle of three children. He started karate at the same time and was greatly influenced by the karate masters he met there. In high school, he studied abroad in the United Mexican States for one year, and in college, he became interested in early childhood education and joined a childcare consulting company. Over the course of about a year and a half, he learned about early childhood education while being involved in the establishment and management of more than 50 nursery schools. In 2010, he met the president of a local company in Saga who was considering establishing a nursery school, and sympathized with his desire for education. He returned to his hometown and in 2011, at the age of 25, became the director of Oheso Nursery School, an unlicensed nursery school. It was later approved, and now children from 0 to 12 years old, including children with handicaps, share the playground. The "international understanding education'' that the school has been working on since its opening was highly evaluated, and received the Chairman's Award, the highest award, at the 2015 JICA Global Education Competition. It has also been praised for its childcare content, including being the first in Japan to introduce "Philosophical Dialogue'' for children into childcare. Currently, he currently have a small nursery school "Oheso Nursery School'', a certified nursery school "Oheso Domoen'', a company-led nursery school "Oheso Domo Gakuen'', a child development support facility "Oheso Kodomo Gakuen'', and an after-school club called "Oheso Gakudoujyo''. In addition to working as the director of the Dojo, which oversees a total of five businesses, in addition to teaching karate, writing, and lecturing, he is also struggling to raise his children as the father of a son and a daughter.
