Abstract
"Terroir" is a concept developed through French wine that indicates the uniqueness of a region.
It is the result of various human activities involving people and land.
In this book, while tracing the history of terroir, we consider the state of cities and culture through on-site research at chateaus and comparisons with tea in Asia.
