Abstract

What is the meaning of our lives, of life, of being human?
After more than ninety years of living, I think I have found the answer. (From the "Introduction" of this book)

What is the meaning of our life, while suffering from human relations, feeling inferior to others, and going through painful and sad events?
When we break a bone, we say "thank you" before we say "ouch,
When we are scammed, we rejoice in the feeling that we have stepped up to the plate. ......
The granddaughter of Eiichi Shibusawa, a ninety-three year old man who is grateful for every event in his life, talks about her "Theory of Life.

She is grateful for every event.
Each of our circumstances is a stage we have chosen in order to improve our hearts.
It is not what you think, but how you think.
Your body does not belong to you.
All is "me.
(Some excerpts from the headlines of this book)

Difficult partners, painful experiences, feelings of inferiority, and unsatisfactory circumstances: ......
How can we take these negative events and transform them into feelings of gratitude?

We will share with you a new "outlook on life" that will surely make your life easier.
