Born in Nagano Prefecture in 1959. Graduated from the Department of Physics at Nara Women's University. After working on artificial intelligence (AI) research and development at Fujitsu, she went on to work at a consulting company and private research institutes. In 2003, she founded the company Sensibility Research and became its representative director. She developed a method of analyzing the aesthetic sense based on the culmination of brain function theory and AI, becoming a leading expert in the field of sensory analysis and opening up new possibilities in the field of marketing.
