Abstract
Body aches and pains are hard to heal. From easy methods such as massage and stretching, to more serious ones such as corrective measures using equipment, applying electric current, block injections, acupuncture...
Many people may take medicines, apply compresses or do anything else, but it doesn't go away. And that is as it should be. Most of the things listed above do not fundamentally eliminate the cause of the pain.
The fact that it feels good or painful may make it seem like it is working, but it is only comfortable while you are having the treatment.
The next day, you may experience a return of pain... So how can we get to the root of the pain? The answer is to put the joints back together. Rubbing and stretching without restoring the joints often amplifies the pain. This theory was discovered by physiotherapist Mr. Habara. Mr. Habara has treated many professional athletes, including Olympic gold medallists in gymnastics and major leaguers. He has even helped a sumo wrestler who had difficulty in walking to win his next tournament. He has also won the prestigious SJF Award, a prize awarded to only one physiotherapist a year out of 3,000 physiotherapists. His ability and achievements are well documented. In this book, Mr. Habara generously introduces pain-relieving methods that can be done at home or anywhere else, by yourself, in just a few minutes. This book will help you "say goodbye" to the pain that has persisted for years, no matter what you did. Try the methods in this book for yourself.
