Abstract

What is the best way to lead the strongest performance and the best life by using stress as an ally found in cutting-edge brain science? Most people have a negative impression of stress. But stress is also an important nutrient that protects us, makes us stronger, and helps us grow. Stress cannot be eliminated. Stress reaction is a natural providence for living things and human beings. Feeling uneasy about invisible stress is a natural reaction of living organisms, and we have increased our chances of survival by being vigilant.
However, in recent years, with the development of science and technology, stress is no longer invisible. The natural science of neuroscience is looking at and unraveling the mechanisms of stress down to the cellular and molecular level. In this book, we will try to explain why organisms and humans respond to stress in the first place, and what significance and role it plays, while providing a bridge to our daily lives. Not only does it reduce stress and make you feel better, but with the help of stress, it should help you grow and find happiness. If you can communicate with stress and make it your best buddy, it will become a reliable and reassuring presence in your life.
