As a way to improve whiplash and back pain from a car accident she experienced while teaching high school, she studied Tanden Breathing Therapy, yoga, meditation, and integrative medicine. She has dramatically improved many symptoms and relationships that were said to be difficult to cure. For more than 15 years, he has been promoting breathing techniques. Currently, with the aim of creating a society that reduces medical costs through Tanden Breathing Techniques, she holds breathing therapy sessions in her hometown of Yamagata, as well as in Tokyo, Yokohama, Osaka, Nagoya, Sendai, and other locations throughout Japan.
