Abstract
[A must-have for all business people, not just consultants!] There are many reasons why a company's performance is not improving, including weak PR, lack of trust with customers, poor product quality, and frequent personnel turnover. Usually, when a problem is found, action is taken to solve it. However, improving only one of the problems found will not improve the company's performance. Kenichi Saito
Born in Osaka Prefecture. After graduating from International Christian University, he joined McKinsey & Company. After serving as a human resources development manager and partner, he founded Foresight & Company in 1996. As a management consultant, he has worked to improve corporate performance, and has also worked on many programs to develop problem solvers, achieving great results in improving corporate performance. He became a professor at the Graduate School of Business Administration at Business Breakthrough University (BBT) in April 2005, and a professor at the Faculty of Business Administration in April 2010. He has already instructed more than 20,000 people, including corporate trainees and students. After retiring in 2016, he has been devoting himself to developing e-learning courses, training problem-solving schools, problem-solving practical associations, and Yohakai, and to instructing the next generation of problem solvers. In 2017, he became the representative director of the Problem Solving Ability Certification Association. He will announce an English version of the e-learning course in June 2023.
His books include "New Edition: The Practical Science of Problem Solving: Thinking and Acting to Get Results" and "First Time Problem-Solving Training: Draw a Diagram to Discover the Real Problem" (both published by Diamond Inc.).
