An absolutely new book on "fish eating" has been born!
Perfectly written by Tadatoshi Hayatake of the Fish Consumption Promotion Center, of JFA (Japan Fisheries Association) entirely based on his experience and knowledge.
He is an enthusiastic fish eater who is active in exhorting fish diet for young and old, through operating outreach class for school and fish study sessions at events by himself.
It covers not only knowledge about ocean and fish, but also how to prepare them, how to eat them, what to do when you are in trouble, distribution and the latest technology, the relationship between the SDGs and the fishing industry, and the people who are promoting Japan's fishing industry.
Filled with useful contents for the school education of food literacy related to fish, such as original life-sized taken fish-picture-sheet with more than 10 kinds of seafood and a "fish calendar" that lists seafood-related anniversaries for each month.

Tadatoshi Hayatake: Director of the Business Division at the Japan Fisheries Association Fish Consumption Promotion Center, "Fish Storyteller" appointed by the Commissioner of the Fisheries Agency, Director of the Kids Kitchen Association, and Vice-Personnel for the Edomae Brand Development Project at the Public-Private Partnership Forum.
Graduated from the University of the Ryukyus and completed a Master's course at the University of Tokyo Graduate School of Agriculture and Life Sciences. Specializes in conservation ecology, bionomics, and morphology.
His publications include the supervision of "Science-Based Food Education Picture Book: The Teachings of Fish" (Vol. 1 and 2, Gun-yosha).
