Abstract
Hotel New Otani serves the finest sandwiches, perfected as a single "dish," in several restaurants within the hotel. Chef Takahiro Ota, the sous-chef, introduces the hotel's unique sandwich recipes. All of them can be made using easily available ingredients. First, he carefully introduces three classic sandwiches, the American Clubhouse Sandwich, the Egg Salad Sandwich, and the Mixed Sandwich, including tips on how to stack and cut them. Author’s Information
This recipe is by Takahiro Ota, the executive chef of Hotel New Otani. He studied under Dominique Corby at Tour d'Argent and learned the essence of French cuisine. He will be awarded the Chevalier of the Order of Agricultural Merit of France in 2023.
