Author’s Information

After working at a publishing company, she studied under children's literature author Ozawa Tadashi while working as a freelance editor. Her picture books include "Ikari no Gyoza" (Kose Publishing), "Edamame Kyodai" (Alice Publishing), the "Dororon Hospital" series (Kin no Hoshisha), the "Chameleon Doron" series (Akane Shobo), and "Kotori no Depato" (Sekai Bunka Publishing). She graduated from Joshibi College of Art and Design, Department of Information Design. She won the 7th Libro Picture Book Grand Prize for "The Happiest Gift." She has published the series "A Gift of Thanks to You" and "I Want to See You." Her other works include "Did I Put My Pants On Properly?" (both published by Kyoikugageki).
