Born in Hyogo Prefecture in 1972. Owner of cheesecake cafe A WORKS. A cheesecake expert with a cheese professional license. He opened A WORKS in Gakugeidaigaku, Tokyo in 2013, with cheesecake as the main menu item, which gained popularity at cafes in Okinawa, Shonan and Chigasaki. With over 100 varieties of original cheesecakes, the cafe is always crowded with customers from all over the country. He has been featured on TV, in magazines and other media.
