Hirotoshi Ogawa
Sushi Chef, Director and Secretary General of the International Sushi Knowledge Certification Association Born in Chiba Prefecture in 1973. After graduating from Abeno Tsuji Culinary Institute in Osaka in 1991, he trained at a long-established restaurant in Tokyo as a live-in apprentice. He then trained at a number of sushi restaurants. In 1998, he moved to Australia and joined the ANA Hotel Sydney. In 2003, he opened "Ogawa Sushi" in Tokyo. In 2012, wanting to spread the safe and delicious Japanese sushi culture to the world, he became a sushi instructor and became a "Sushi Knowledge Overseas Certification System Certified Instructor". He currently travels to over 50 countries around the world, working hard to spread sushi culture.
