Author’s Information

The author, SAIHATE Tahi is one of the most popular poets, novelists, and essayists in Japan. She started writing poems that she posted on the Internet, and she has won various awards. One of her poems, The Tokyo Night Sky Is Always the Densest Shade of Blue (Yozora wa itsu demo saikō mitsudo no aoiro da, 2016) was made into a film that premiered at the 2017 Berlin Film Festival. She has publish her first English-language book, Astral Season, Beastly Season, with Hanford Star in UK in January 2021.
