Abstract

"As long as we are controlled by our emotions, we can never attain true fulfillment."

While our actions are heavily influenced by our daily emotions, we rarely stop to analyze what those emotions really are. Instead, we often push ourselves forward blindly.

We tend to believe that "emotions never lie," but in reality, there are true emotions and false emotions. If we fail to distinguish between the two, we end up being controlled by our feelings. Even when we have a deep sense of how we truly want to live, we may unconsciously begin prioritizing external validation or vanity, ultimately losing sight of our core values and identity.

The concept of "Emotional Visualization," introduced in this book, is essentially a framework for objectively understanding your own emotions.
