Abstract
There are rules for creating the ultimate telework space!
“Since I started working from home, my body hasn’t been feeling right.”
“My home is too small for telework.”

If you’ve ever felt this way, this book is a must-read!
In this guide, the author—an experienced interior decorator currently studying public health at a graduate school of medicine—explains 25 essential rules for creating the ultimate telework space, all from the perspective of Interior Design × Health Science.
