Abstract

Read and see how to increase creativity x productivity!

This is a book on the theme of “progress” at work.
In this book, “hakadori” refers to improving productivity and creativity at work, which in turn “grows” you, your team, and your organization.

The purpose of this book is to encourage you to make “small changes” in yourself, your team, and your organization through the process of reviewing how to improve your work from an individual perspective and how to improve your work approach and performance from a team perspective.
We have packed this book with a variety of tips to help you achieve this goal.

This book consists of four chapters.
Chapter 1 explains the purpose of “Hakadori” and the situations in which it can be incorporated.
Chapter 2 covers topics from multiple perspectives, focusing on what can be started by one person and what can be incorporated by a team in Chapter 3.
In Chapter 4, the flow of thoughts and actions and important ideas for actually trying “small changes” in a team or organization are conveyed with specific examples.

The first step in “Hakadori” or “small changes” is to observe and explore the situation and events in front of you now with the eyes of an insect, a bird, or a fish.
The content is useful for both players and managers as a guide to this process.
