Abstract
How can we continue to produce results in the face of an increasing number of pointless and suffocating jobs?
We are given pointless work, we get caught up in meaningless projects, and we can't really feel the results... Our current situation is full of things that make us lose the motivation to work. However, we must absolutely avoid "quiet retirement." It will only make us more unhappy.
The important thing is to know exactly what causes the "anti-labor" trend in recent years and know the correct way to overturn it. For a hint, just look at people who always produce results.
The author, who works in human resources and personnel consulting, has studied approximately 3,000 high performers for over 30 years and has discovered many commonalities in their work styles.
・Don't avoid failure, but rather welcome it
・Help those close to you
・Diversify your activities and work like a craftsman...
