President and CEO of Musashino Co., Ltd. Joined Japan Service Merchandiser (now Musashino) in 1976. He ran his own company independently for a time, but returned to Musashino Co., Ltd. in 1987 and became president in 1989. He helped Musashino, which had been in the red for a long time, increase its sales and profits, turning it into a blue-chip company with sales exceeding 7.5 billion yen (10 times the amount when he became president). Since 2001, he has been running a "management support business" to introduce the company's management system. Currently, he provides guidance to over 750 member companies, 450 of which have achieved record profits and zero bankruptcies, and he holds more than 240 lectures and seminars a year for managers across the country.
