Director of the Intelligence Research Institute. Graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Tokyo. As director of the Intelligence Research Institute, which conducts research into intelligent education based on brain physiology, pedagogy, psychology, etc., he plays a central role in theoretical research and the development of teaching materials.
