Author’s Information

Born in Kochi Prefecture, Japan. Illustrator and picture book author.
In 2009, She won the Runner-up Prize at the 10th Note Exhibition, the 8th Libro Picture Book Award and the 27th Kenbuchi Picture Book Home Prize Alpaca Award for "Oishisou na Shirokuma" (PHP Institute), and the 28th Kenbuchi Picture Book Home Prize Bibakarasu Award for "Amai Shirokuma" (PHP Institute).
Other picture book works include "Meganeko" and "Meganeko no Bouken" (both published by Tegamisha) and "Pomechan" (published by Hakusensha).
