Abstract
Boiled azuki beans are an indispensable ingredient in Japanese sweets. They are an essential ingredient in traditional Japanese sweets and local confections, but when combined with dairy products and fruits, new dishes are born seamlessly, and the possibilities for their deliciousness are endless. Imuraya's boiled azuki beans have been carefully made for 60 years and have been supported by many people. This book, supervised by Imuraya, who knows boiled azuki beans inside and out, covers 88 recipes of nostalgic and new boiled azuki bean sweets, from the currently popular Showa retro sweets to the latest outdoor recipes! The illustrations on the cover and in each chapter are newly drawn by popular illustrator Chihiro Sakurada, who is currently making a big splash. The beautiful and fantastical illustrations bring out the new charm of boiled azuki beans. Why not enjoy boiled azuki beans to the fullest with this one book?
