Author’s Information

Takachiho Haruka... Born in 1951 in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture.
He entered the Faculty of Sociology at Hosei University in 1970. In the same year, he participated in the founding of SF Central Art, a SF art group chaired by Kenichi Matsuzaki.
In 1972, he founded Crystal Art Studio, the predecessor of Studio Nue, and became its first representative.
He made his debut as a writer in 1977 with the book "Crime on the Solidarity Planet Pizan" from the "Crusher Joe" series.
In 1979, he published "The Great Adventure of the Dirty Pair" in the February issue of "SF Magazine," and in 1980, he won the 11th Seiun Award (Japanese Short Story Category) for the same work. In 1986, he won the 17th Seiun Award (Japanese Novel Category) for "The Great Reversal of the Dirty Pair.
