Author’s Information

He is a company employee and investor. He began investing in stocks in his second year of high school, and has been doing so for over 30 years. He enrolled in the Faculty of Economics at Osaka University and studied securities theory in a seminar led by the late Professor Shoichi Royama. After graduating, he led a stable career as an employee of a major company while building assets worth hundreds of millions of yen through medium- to long-term investments in growth stocks, following the example of Peter Lynch. In May 2008, he began writing his blog, "Enafun's Pear Tree," with the aim of spreading accurate knowledge about stock investment. On the blog, he invests a portion of his own funds in buy-and-hold strategies and shares his findings. As of the end of May 2025, 17 years later, his investments have grown 38 times their original value.
