Abstract
This heartwarming corporate drama takes place in the setting of the golf manga masterpiece "Kaze no Daichi [Windy Plains]"!
[Highlights of this Book]
- How did they turn around a company burdened with massive debt?
Over 40,000 creditors. The Kanuma Group, the largest in Tochigi Prefecture, went bankrupt with 140 billion yen in debt. It operated the long-established Kanuma Country Club golf course and also took over the management of the Tochigi Shimbun newspaper, a corporate group that flourished during the bubble economy. How did the illegitimate son of Ashikaga Bank's main bank, a former banker, succeed him and restore organizational, financial, business, and mental strength?
- Hardship after hardship. This corporate drama also makes you think about the nature of family.
When asked, "What is our company's management philosophy?" Managing Director A laughed and replied, "Making money." A golf course management company with 56 executives, many of whom are family members, run rampant. Clients shouted, "Go bankrupt!" and a mysterious document scandal erupted. The author, who had no organizational structure at all and vowed to become "a normal company," explains how such a company was reborn as one of the leading companies in the golf industry.
