Abstract

Team members are a "mirror" that reflects the leader. This book will inspire leaders struggling in the field!

More and more people are saying, "I don't want to be a leader. I've had no desire to do it." Reasons behind this include, "I don't want to work if it means being given responsibility. It's a burden," and "I don't want my free time taken away. It's restrictive."

Even when leaders become leaders, they end up treating younger employees who don't speak their language like customers, fearing harassment. This leads to subordinates feeling unattractive to their boss or that this isn't an environment where they can grow, and they end up quitting.

However, a team is essential to accomplishing big tasks.

Resolving this current mismatch requires a leader's "determination." Determination to develop and nurture subordinates. Determination to change the workplace. By implementing these measures, subordinates will be able to push themselves beyond their limits.

The author chose to work in the notoriously tough life insurance sales industry on a pure commission basis, and has not only become a top salesperson himself, but has also trained 5,000 top-class salespeople (many of whom have been appointed as directors or branch managers), earning him the reputation of being a "professional who trains professionals."

[Main contents of this book]

- Look at the "face" of others rather than their words to find out what they are thinking
- Aim to be a cheerful leader, and have the strength to control your own emotions
......and more.
