Born in Hokkaido in 1963, he is the chairman of Inoue Dental Clinic and holds a Doctor of Dental Medicine and a Doctor of Business Administration.

After graduating from Tokyo Dental College Graduate School, he continued his studies at New York University, the University of Pennsylvania, and the University of Gothenburg to acquire world-class techniques. He then opened Inoue Dental Clinic, a medical corporation. While serving as chairman of his own clinic, he has also held positions at nine universities in Japan and overseas, including as a clinical professor at Shimane University School of Medicine, a part-time lecturer at Tokyo Medical and Dental University and Tokyo Dental College, and a visiting lecturer at Indiana University School of Dentistry. His techniques are highly regarded both domestically and internationally, and his cutting-edge medical and rapid treatment techniques have been featured in the media and garnered attention. He is the world's first certified Grand Master of the Joseph Murphy Trust (an authority on the subconscious mind).

In addition to his day job, he studied global talent development and management programs, developing his own success philosophy, "Life Compass," and speaking nationwide about "living a valuable life." He has written over 90 books, which have sold a total of 1.4 million copies. Her debut work, "How to Create Your Own Miracles" (Forest Publishing), which was based on a true story, was featured on a television program and caused a great stir.
