Abstract

I hate my job...but quitting isn't easy! I'm also worried about changing jobs. So what should I do?

- Cognitive behavioral therapy experts teach you how to protect your mind while achieving results at work.
- Resolve and improve workplace stress yourself.
- Explained based on real-life examples that can occur in the workplace, making it easy to understand.

Work-related worries are endless, including interpersonal relationships, long working hours, and career anxieties. A Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare survey also shows that the number of workers' compensation claims and compensation awards for mental disorders is increasing year by year. Cognitive behavioral therapy, which identifies "thinking habits" and changes behavior, is an effective way to address work-related worries. This book contains methods based on expert knowledge to help you resolve and improve stress yourself.

▼Do you have these worries?
- You can't ask questions when you don't understand, so you can't manage tasks effectively and never finish them.
- It's hard to listen to people you don't like.
- You regularly work long hours. You don't have time for yourself.
- You're always on the verge of deadlines.
- You're troubled by your boss's vague instructions.
- You have trouble conversing with people much older than you.
- You're anxious about making presentations in front of others, and you can't do it well.

▼Here's how you can solve and improve these problems!
- Deliberately try to act differently from how you feel
- Learn about the "thinking habits" you developed as a teenager
- Try imitating "people close to you who can't read the atmosphere"
- Decide to "think for 10 minutes"
- Make a "decision" about a long-term policy
- Rest is the most efficient way to do things
- Choose a method that gets you there on time
