Associate Chief Strategist at Tokio Marine Asset Management Co., Ltd. For approximately 35 years, he has worked as a strategist and fund manager at asset management companies, formulating and managing investment strategies for domestic and international stocks and bonds. He previously served as General Manager of Investment Strategy and Executive Officer and Head of Investment Division (Chief Investment Officer) before assuming his current position. He has authored numerous books, including "Interest Rate History," "The Pendulum Financial History," "Financial Markets Before and During the War" (2020 Securities Economics Society Award), "The Bank of Japan ETF Problem," "The Practice of Alternative Investments" (editor), "The Future of Price Fluctuations," "The History of Interest Rates," and "The History of Prices."
