Abstract

This book thoroughly explains methods for quantitatively expressing business thinking. The author, who has 18 years of experience in business plan creation, working with startups, SMEs, large corporations, their new ventures, and even overseas projects such as power plants and industrial parks, and who has even developed his own product for creating business plans, thoroughly explains the system and methodology of how to express business plans numerically in order to realize them.

Author’s Information

Yoshihiro Kimura joined Inspire Inc. in 2006. In the investment division, he was involved in executing investments in startups and value creation after investment. After launching overseas businesses for startups, he joined Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting in 2011. At Deloitte, he was involved in establishing the Myanmar office and was involved in supporting industrial policy planning for Japanese companies and the local government. In 2015, as a member of the corporate planning department of a media company, he led domestic and international M&A and promoted PMI and management system construction as CFO of domestic and Singapore subsidiaries. In 2018, he founded ProFinance Inc., developing and providing "Vividir," a dynamic management product that is resilient to change and accelerates corporate growth. He also teaches finance courses as an adjunct associate professor at Globis University Graduate School of Management and works as a mentor for startup acceleration programs.
