Abstract
The answer to improving performance lies in the Stone Age.
Recommended by Yu Suzuki, author of "The Best Physical Condition"!
"This is a book by the teacher I respect the most in Japan."
"Even after sleeping, I still feel tired," "I can't concentrate," "I feel sluggish all the time"—are you ignoring these symptoms?
In fact, many of these problems stem from a mismatch between genes formed in the Paleolithic era and modern society. Our bodies, which were designed for hundreds of thousands of years of hunter-gatherer life, are not adapted to the drastically changed environment of the last few centuries, namely prolonged sitting, artificial light at night, processed foods, excessive information, and relationships with many different people.
The Kitava people offer a clue to this. They live a hunter-gatherer lifestyle and still retain ways of using their bodies and eating that we have lost.
This book focuses on this "Stone Age lifestyle" and thoroughly explains how to correct the discrepancy between genes and modern life to improve health and ultimately enhance performance. It presents concrete, evidence-based strategies that can be implemented daily, covering everything from diet, exercise, sleep, and living environment.
The reason you feel your performance has declined isn't because you're getting older or because you lack motivation.
I've created a book I want you to read before you resort to supplements.
What were the lifestyle habits of ethnic groups that were virtually free from modern diseases?
• More harmful than lack of exercise is "sitting for long periods."
・Three dietary rules from the Stone Age for "health without deprivation" ・Does shampoo destroy the skin barrier!?
