Yoshitaka Minowa, a scientific illustrator specializing in birds enjoys bird watching and counting at waterfronts in Chiba. He holds an exhibition of his works regularly and is an author of numerous publications in the area of birds.

Takako Kanchiku writes books to tell the wonder of the nature. She loves the small creatures which one can find in the woods, moutains, the roadsides, and so on. She has written numerous children books with concerning about living things.

Seiichi Okuyama is a chief curator of the Itami City Museum of Insects. He has wirtten several books about insects incuding "Japanese Insects 1400" published from Bun-Ichi Sogo Shuppan.
