Abstract

The essence of the strategy lies in an interesting story that makes you want to share it with others.
Companies that have achieved and sustained great success have in common that their strategies are constructed as "narrative stories" with flow and movement.

Strategy is not something that is created out of necessity, with solemn faces, but rather an interesting "story" that you can't wait to tell someone.
In this book, from the viewpoint of a "narrative story" based on many case studies, the author clarifies the logic behind the ultimate competitive advantage.
