Abstract

A new edition of the long-selling book "Juices and Soups to Beat Cancer in 100 Days," which has sold over 70,000 copies. Why does practicing the Saiyo dietary therapy produce amazing results, such as cancer shrinking enough to be operated on or almost disappearing in 100 days, even in patients with late-stage cancer? The book has been re-edited into a new edition, adding considerations based on the latest knowledge. In order to build a body that can withstand anti-cancer drugs and surgery, it is important to strengthen the immune system and return metabolism to normal. In addition to the "juices" that are the key to the Saiyo dietary therapy, we will introduce recipes for soups and staple dishes using ingredients that are effective against cancer, as well as how to practice the Saiyo dietary therapy.
