A heart-warming non-fiction picture book.
A picture book depicting the heart-to-heart exchange between a boy named Andrei, who became leukemia due to Chernobyl's radioactive contamination, and a young nurse from Japan, Yayoi, set against the backdrop of the beautiful nature of Belarus.
It is a book that I would like many people to read because of the current difficult world situation.
Readers cannot help but be moved by this work.
