Abstract

I have been drifting on the sea for hundreds of years. I am said to resemble a giant stingray called a manta ray. Anyway, I am so big that a whale is like a small fish compared to me. I am about to tell you about what happened in the "Senakamachi(Back town)," which was established in my back. A curtain with a bad temper, the best honey from a girl's tears, and a cat that won't come out of its box at all. They may be small and modest, but they are all mysterious stories.

He was born in 1969 and is a poet.
He debuted in 2004 with "Tewofuru Tewofuru(手をふる手をふる)," and in 2014 made her debut with "Dorobo no Dorobon(どろぼうのどろん)" a long story. He won the 48th Association of Children's Literature New Writers Award and the 64th Shogakukan Children's Publishing Culture Award for the same work.
