Abstract
"Cog-Tr" is an acronym for Cognition and Training. Cognitive functions are the abilities necessary for basic social life such as seeing, remembering, and imagining, and are also the "foundation of learning." For example, learning kanji requires the cognitive ability to recognize shapes, and calculation requires the cognitive ability to see numbers as quantities rather than symbols. In other words, in writing kanji and doing calculations, we will train the cognitive functions that are the foundation. In this book, more than 80 items are posted to steadily improve the ability to "remember", "count", "copy", "find" and "imagine". For children, it is a part of "learning", and for adults, it is a "brain activity" that enhances cognitive functions. Please try it while having fun! The difference between general drill books and puzzle books, carefully selected effective problems that enhance "cognitive function" devised by a doctor! Playful tasks such as games and puzzles create a "foundation for learning", and unlike learning drills, you can do in a playful way, so even if you can't do them, you won't lose your self-esteem.
