Abstract

Let go of the excess in your life and gain some space

Just read one topic per day!
A popular blogger, Mishel, who gets about 1 million page views per month on Ameba Blog, talks about the idea of "space" in your life that you can gain by "letting go"

"Let go and your hands will be full"
These are words left behind by Zen Master Dogen, meaning "If you let go of the things you are attached to, you will be able to obtain the things that are truly important to you."
Now that I think about it, it was like I was holding something in both hands.
You will not be able to grasp the new things that you truly need. (Excerpt from the book)

Mishel was born in a Zen temple in Yamagata Prefecture.
While raising three children, an eldest son aged 18, an eldest daughter aged 16, and a second son aged 13,
A relaxed minimalist who lives a simple and relaxed life.
A life of leisure, or "yohaku," refined by the Zen way of thinking,
It removes all waste in your actions and thoughts.

The four types of "margin" discussed in this book are as follows:

・Space in the home: Let go of unnecessary things and reclaim space for your family. ・Space for the mind and body: Have a simple perspective to free your mind, and daily exercise and nutrition to free your body. ・Space for time: Get some "my time" from a daily time crunch. ・Space for housework: Reduce the burden with small ingenuity and redirect your housework to kill two birds with one stone.

We will unravel these issues using Misheru's way of thinking about "letting go."
By reading one topic per day, you will be able to live a life with more "space" after 90 days.
