Abstract
Slow reading and writing, difficulty concentrating, poor athletic ability...
The cause of children's developmental issues wasn't eyesight, but 'visual function'!
Due to decreased outdoor play and other factors, children are moving their eyes less, leading to deterioration of visual processing abilities (the ability to perceive and process information through vision). This has resulted in a dramatic increase in cases where children are diagnosed with 'developmental disorders.' However, unlike visual acuity (eyesight), visual processing skills can be expected to improve through training.
