This is a specialized problem collection focused on developing "thinking skills" that cannot be acquired through standard textbook-based learning alone, such as Japanese language or mathematics. The problems range from those that can be solved with a playful mindset to those requiring step-by-step logical thinking.

During his time as a teacher at Yamaguchi Elementary School in Asago Town, Hyogo Prefecture (now Asago City), he established the "Kageyama Method," which aims to improve basic academic ability through repetitive learning and the establishment of regular lifestyle habits, and drew attention. While working to improve basic academic ability by continuing repetitive learning of 100-square calculations and kanji practice, he also improved children's academic ability through educational methods that proactively introduce new and old methods such as abacus instruction and the use of ICT equipment.
