Abstract
If you develop self-esteem, you will have no enemies
Have you ever felt depressed and thought, "I don't want to go to work"?
According to a survey by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, most stress felt at work is said to be caused by interpersonal relationships.
A boss who is abusive, unreasonable clients, useless subordinates... Your workplace is full of "enemies."
I think there are many people who spend their days in agony, pushing themselves to "become stronger" so as not to lose to their "enemy," or blaming themselves for not getting along well with their "enemy."
The author of this book was once like that too. He continued to fight the "enemy" while denying his own weakness, and as a result, he fell ill and had to take time off work.
Then, as I began to face my own heart, I realized, "The cause of my suffering was my low self-esteem. In the first place, there was no such thing as an 'enemy'."
He is known for his words of support for those who are trying their best, and his analytical and problem-solving skills as a former systems engineer.
Those who have received the author's psychological counseling unanimously say, "Things started going well for me in a mysterious way," and "I stopped caring about other people."
If you are struggling with interpersonal relationships at work, please read this book. It will show you the fundamental solution.
